Libertyville Memorabilia - Decorative Blankets and Pewter Ornaments

 

The Libertyville Junior Woman's Foundation is offering The Sites of Libertyville Blanket and Libertyville pewter ornaments for sale. There are a limited number of pewter ornaments left and they can be purchased for $5.00 each (Home for the Holidays in Cook Park is $10).

 

We are also offering a bagged set of 8 ornaments for $30.00. Included in the bagged set are The Libertyville Post Office, Libertyville's First Town Hall, The Libertyville Fire Station, The Rockland Road Bridge, The Butler Lake Band Shell, Libertyville Days, Independence Grove, and Home for the Holidays in Cook Park.

 

The Libertyville Junior Woman's Club began selling the pewter ornaments in 1988. Many of them are retired. A full list of ornaments is available.

 

The Sites of Libertyville Blankets are still available for $50 each. They are colorful blankets with eight woven Libertyville sites including David Alder Cultural Center, Rockland Road Bridge, The Civic Center, Butler Lake Band Shell, Libertyville High School, Village Hall, Gazebo, and the Ansel B. Cook Home.
